Terms of sale: paid placement rental
These terms apply when a business buys the paid placement offered at /rent/. Last updated 31 October 2026.
1. Who sells
Noverquis Ltd, company number 17521667 (England and Wales), registered office 37 Longfellow Way, London SE1 5TB, ICO registration ZC275056. Contact: lukasz@lukasz.biz. The offer is for businesses, not consumers.
2. What the buyer gets
A labelled paid placement on boilerrepairswindon.co.uk showing the business name, phone number, website link and a short description supplied by the buyer. We decide where on the site it appears. While the rental is active we do not give the paid placement to another boiler repair business in Swindon. We do not promise enquiries, calls, visitors or search rankings. We may refuse or remove details that are false, unlawful or misleading, and the buyer must hold any registration the business needs (for gas work, Gas Safe registration).
After purchase we email the checkout address to collect the details to display and then set up the placement.
3. Prices and billing
- Monthly plan: £102 a month at the launch price, until 28 February 2027, including a 7-day free trial. The card is taken at sign-up and first charged on day 8, then every month.
- Annual plan: £1224 for 12 months, paid in advance, no free trial. It renews each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- From 1 March 2027 the regular monthly price is £168 a month. Monthly subscriptions started at the launch price move to £168 from that date. We email at least 14 days beforehand and the buyer may cancel before the change.
- All prices are in pounds sterling. No VAT is charged because Noverquis Ltd is not VAT registered. Payments are taken by Stripe.
4. Cancellation
The buyer may cancel at any time by emailing lukasz@lukasz.biz from the checkout address. A monthly plan then ends at the close of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Cancelling during the 7-day trial costs nothing. An annual plan is not renewed after cancellation and runs to the end of the paid 12 months.
5. Refunds
There are no refunds for part periods of a monthly plan or for unused months of an annual plan, except where the law requires, or where we fail to provide the placement after the buyer has supplied the details we asked for, in which case we refund the affected period.
6. Changes and ending
We may end the rental, with a refund of the unused paid period, if the site is closed or the buyer breaches these terms. We may change these terms for future purchases by updating this page.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
