Visiting this site

We measure visits with a simple first-party beacon: when a page loads, or a link to a phone, email address or external site (including the purchase buttons) is clicked, a request is sent to our own measurement service recording the site, the page path and the referring page. It sets no cookies and does not record your name. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site. Our legal basis is legitimate interests in running and securing the site.

Buying a paid placement

If a business buys through the links on the rent page, the payment is handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. Stripe collects the name, email address, billing details and card details you enter and shares with us the purchaser name, email, plan and payment status. We never see your full card number. We use these details to take payment, send receipts, contact you to collect the details to display, keep accounting records and answer questions. Legal bases: performance of the contract and legal obligations (accounting). Stripe acts as an independent controller for its own purposes; see stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message to reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

Retention and sharing

We keep purchase and accounting records for as long as the law requires (normally six years) and other correspondence for up to two years. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site and take payment (Cloudflare, Stripe, our email provider) and where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to our use of it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email lukasz@lukasz.biz.
